If you are going emission delete........you basically block EVERYTHING except for a select few.

-Leave the large port on the backside of the TB for the Oil Injector Vacuum spider (unless you are pre-mixing, then cap it)
-Leave the large port for the brake booster
-Leave the port on the turbo side of the UIM (pictured above) for boost reference
-Leave the port for the Fuel Pressure regulator.

Everything else is capped off.

That is really all you should have if you are emission free.
