Where to place jackstands without rear subframe?

Just like the title says, I began jacking up the rear of my FC, preparing to drop the rear subframe, when I discovered I didn't know where to put the jackstands once the subframe is gone. The only place I can see is those 'rails' that run along the underside, I've always avoided using those for anything since I've seen them crushed so bad.

Immediate help would be appreciated, the car is up in the air supported by the floor jack right now
