That is what they are for and some customers use one for the motor on a single turbo setup. A different one can be made for the non stock turbo . The fittings are the same both motor and turbo for the stock twins .

I have a spare gasket for the turbo side that I can trace on paper and either scan into a .PDF to email you, or snail mail you the actual trace if you feel the scanned version won't be precise enough to work with. Unfortunately I don't have a spare gasket for the front cover side to work with. Hopefully someone on the forum could help out with that one, since I'm not going to have time to pull the pipe off the car to trace that side till next weekend.

Mail the trace to David Garfinkle
29 Wind Walker Ct Manchester Tn. 37355 Use a sharp pin and remember the part will not be any better than the drawing because I can not trial fit before shipping . Trace the part three times to be sure .My parts usually fit very well .How many do you need ? I do not have a gasket for the motor ,wait untill you get yours or ask some one on the forun to help .If you need a little more working room in the area I think a size - 6 will be big enough .The ones for the third gen are a size 8 in the pictures . -8 is 1/2 inch -6 is 3/8 inch .The -8 is a tight fit .David |

I am making the fittings now with -6 fittings for ease of fitting. Some people found the -8 size a bit hard to fit .The smaller size will flow just as well ,remember the return oil is not under any pressure .

If you're still making these, I'd like a set for my FC. I can mail you the stock return pipe to make your patterns. I'd like to stick with -8 though, as the stock pipe design is closer to a -12 ID, and a -8 will fit just fine on an FC.
To make a long story short, I recently did the RA oil metering pump adapter mod, which imposed a re-route of the stock oil return line. Picked up some cheapo flanges on ebay with -10AN male fittings that fit the turbo & front cover. Managed to plumb up a functional -10 return line using those, but the quality of these 1 piece machined AL flanges is terrible; they eventually get loose and leak. |

Will get it on its way tomorrow. To ease shipping costs, I'll send you the smaller intermediate pipe that goes between the front cover and the turbo pipe. That should be fine for the purpose of making a pattern, as both flanges on that pipe are identical to those on the longer return pipe section.
