look at the wires that split off for the alt from the starter harness... friend's was coming out right there...

any way you can post pics of your starter harness so we can possibly help you find it that way?

FYI: harness that runs on the engine, runs injectors, IAC, throttle, etc is listed as the "emissions harness" by mazda... and the one for the starter, alt, etc, is the "engine harness" =P

No the car isn't that far along intake manifold is still not connected or Alt along with a few other things.
OK gotcha. You should find the plug on the starter harness then.

Yeah that's right, it should be just a small wire coming off where the alternator wires are.

Weird that's what they call them, hmmm.
