Default NEW fuel rails for the 13B-RE

I've been looking for rails for the RE for quite some time with some very specific requirements, I have yet to find a rail that meets them.

I've been in touch with CJ MotorSports, alot of you guys probably know them from the 13B-REW rails seen here. Nicest rails I've seen.

Tomorrow I am sending them my factory rails and the Marren rails that I have now for some measuring/CAD work to produce a set for me.

Would there be any interest from the other guys running RE engines to have a really nice set of rails made? Or am I going to be the only one again?

I've seen it, I like it, but it's not an improvement over what I've got now. What Charles from CJ and I spoke about today, would be an improvement over what I have and what is currently being offered for the the RE.

Brian,

What are some of the benefits we can expect from CJ over the Turblown system?

I'm definitely going to need a set of rails in the next few months.....

I don't want to see one 90* hard angle fitting. The full flow hose ends I like, but on the rails I don't want to see one. Currently I have 3 and they piss me off.

I'm also using the Aeromotive mini efi reg which has only one inlet port. Most have two you guys will have no problem. I wanted to contain as much of my plumbing as possible out of sight.

Ideally I'd like to see a -8 input to the rear of the secondary rail right before thier machined in splitter. From there the fuel will flow across the secondary rail and out the end.

From the y in the secondary rail the line will have to make a series of bends and a 180* fitting may need to be utilized to enter the primary rail at the backside. Across the primary rail and out the front. The nuben on the secondary front runner MAY need to be shaved down a touch, not a big deal.

Basically no interuption in flow from fittings.

Alright guys, we're going ahead with these rails so if anyone is interested in getting in on them, let me know. We're looking for 5 people prepaid otherwise they won't be produced except for a very specific few. As in me and one or two other people. Price is incredible so post up here or hit me up through PM.

Those are just old photos, we haven't built a kit with 90 degree dead ends in a long time. We also have switch from tapping and threading the fittings to just welding straight -6an male fittings in..

If you really want to get technical, optimally you want all the fittings and line length to be identical on both the feed and return from both rails. This makes the pulses from the fuel pump identical to each rail, supply identical amounts of fuel to each one.

It didn't go anywhere because Charles couldn't get them done in time. Admirable of him to admit it unlike others who promise you a timeframe and then stop answering cell phones, shop phones and emails. I have a second set of manis now and thinking about calling him and sending them off to him. Haven't decided yet though as my setup is working just fine with one of his primary rails and a rotary extreme secondary rail.
