Yes, where the TB mounts to the UIM. There should be 3 or 4 ports on the side that faces the firewall. One is larger than the others, and that feed the oil injectors.

Yes, on the TB, you will only have the one vacuum line used for the oil injectors, all others get capped.
Hint-use GOOD caps. The heat destroys cheap rubber caps. You will be changing them every year.

Where is it/was it going to and coming from?
If it went to the air pump, you don't need it. If it goes to the ACV, you don't need it. If it went to the stock BOV, you don't need it. Air filter->AFM->turbo Thats it.
