As stated above, do the secondary injectors operate while cranking the car? I haven't been able to find a concise yes or no anywhere.
Thank you.

You could disconnect them a drive around never know they were disabled until you started getting into boost

This sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. I definitely would not try this.

Yeah, I wouldnt recommend trying it. Just if you did happen to try it, keep the throttle low so the secondaries dont come on.

They aren't used for cold start or anything like that?

Not used on cold startup, however this doesnt mean you dont have a leaky injector causing issues on startup or at idle. :)

Thank you. They are brand new injectors, and they have been leak tested. (albeit 1680cc which is why I figured that if they were used, I may have to change the startup fuel settings). I'm just trying to eliminate them as possible suspects to my starting/running issues.

You can always pinch an oring during install, I have installed hundreds of injectors and I recently did this on one of my cars. I also had a freshly cleaned and flow tested injector leak out the top immediately after install recently. You will get it sorted out.
