Just looking for any options or opinions on where to mount oil cooler in a vmount setup.
I have a few ideas but typically over analize everything before fabrication. It's getting nice
Out and I need to get going on finishing this. Thanks in advanced for any insight.

keep it simple, stock locations?
edit: 2.nd gen forum, sorry.
What front bumper you have? do you have airflow through ducts on left and right hand side of centre, where the airflow to rad/IC is.
FD has stock location oil coolers on left and right hand side of this centre opening. doable on your FC? If so, gogo

just leave it in the stock location, mount your rad and IC accordingly and make your duct work accordingly.

Stock location is not an option. It's either duals in brake ducts
Which would be a lot of -10 hose or another location. I really don't want
To lose my brake ducts though. I was wondering if anyone mounted after
After radiator and any bad temps. I don't have a oil temp gauge now but
Maybe I should get one to monitor.

Well perhaps this thread should have been created as a poll instead of general inquiry.
What V-mount kit are you using?
After radiator = bad idea. Whats the point in going V-mount if you're still going to stack heat exchangers ?

stick it on the radiator? my oil cooler is attached to the radiator with e-fan straps (those things that go throug the radiator fins)
