They are in pretty good condition, but they do have slightly chipped corners and do not come with the license plate bracket (but they are interchangeable between S4 and S5). I guess if you really want one I can go to pick-a-part and rip one off for an extra $4 haha. They do have the bulb harnesses (except for the license plate lights) and I am missing one foam gaskets (again, interchangeable).
