Default My home made baffle pan

3mm thick

lets hope it removes some flex of the engine

no, Im not using the original oil pan bolts, I moved to studs

what did you use for a template to cut the hole ?

little holes - oil pan gasket

big holes, a pic from a RB baffle pan, and a piece of paper. If you check your engine without the oil pan, becomes pretty clear where you need the holes

Plus I knew from Lynn Hanover that you want the big one around the oil pickup tube
