Default Missing Bolt? Pix

View from the Airbox looking straight down. Interested in the rear hole with an obvious missing bolt. Is this part of the steering linkage or something else?
Any help would be appreciated.

Its an ac line, that bracket/bolt is to prevent it from hitting the main crank pulley. It likely is not a big deal but if you have nothing better to do just throw in a 10mm headed bolt and call it a day. It mounts to the cross bar that the IC sits on.
