LED Bulbs
Upgrading those boring stock bulbs with LEDs is one of the fastest, cheapest, visibly appealing mods out there. RX8strakes.com offers a large selection of LEDs for the RX-8. Some of our latest LED products include: LED UV Black Light Complete Interior Light Set Glove Box LED Light Bulb License Plate LED Bulb Trunk LED Light Bulb |

Hi,
I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with the term. Could you explain? Thanks! |

FB=1st gen Rx-7
FC=2nd gen Rx-7 FD=3rd gen Rx-7 These are the beginning letters on the VINs of all (except the earliest) rotary powered Mazdas made. Some people refer to the Rx-8 as an FE, but I don't know if their VINs actually start with those letters or not. I was just wondering if the regular bulbs in the doors and overhead lamp in my 1991 Rx-7 could be replaced with LEDs. |

Umm... yeah, I said "except the earliest" rotaries for a reason, I was trying to be less confusing to Rx-8 owners because most of them don't know anything about Rx-7s. Is there is a standard bulb number that corresponds to the LED bulb #s? If there is I can cross reference the standard one with the ones that fit my car to tell if they will work or not... |

We purchase the RX-8 bulbs from our parent company. You're best bet would be to check our parent company's site for bulbs for your specific needs: http://ns-fx.com/lighting.aspx Hope that helps! :-) |

Oh please, let's just say "some people don't know about the early RX-7's". Must we always try to crack on RX-8 owners?

LoL, I'm not cracking on anyone, unfortunately I only speak the truth. The vast majority of today's rotary buyers don't know or care about the history of the engine and chassis that carried it, and an Rx-8 owner has NEVER waived at me in either my first or second gen Rx-7, even when I've gone out of my way to make sure they see me.
There are of course exceptions to every rule, and I used to own an Rx-8 myself, so it's not like I'm biased, just stating my experience |

The LED UV Black Light Set comes with instructions for replacing the map bulbs. The lens covers for the door and dome lights just easily pop off. We do not sell the matching trunk bulb. Orders typically ship same or next business day and you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email at the time the order ships. We're new to posting on this message board, but we've been in business for several years and you can find information about us from our customers on a number of other RX-8 specific message boards. Hope this answers your questions! Take care, |

just got the carbon fiber rx8 3rd brake light carbon fiber decal, and black light led's. cant believe i got them all ready. placed my order on 10-30-08 and got them 11-3-08. now all i need to do is hope you make a glove box and footwell kit to match.
sad news tho as i was installing the decal as the instructions say to the decal tore. side note getting the map lights out was kinda nail biting but not that hard. will post pics and soon as i can all i got is a crappy cell phone cam(iphone) and old school film cams. so i need to see if i can get a good pic with a friends cam
