im planning on dropping the fd and i was wondering what i need to get besides coilovers?

To simply drop the car you don't "need" anything else other then adjustable coilovers, and a new alignment.

not to drop it. You need springs only to drop the car. If you want to adjust the height then you can go with coil-overs. All you really need to drop a car is a new set of lowering springs.

Swaybars are to add stiffness to decrease body roll at high speed cornering.
