If you're doing a conversion w/ OEM lamps, then yes. AFAIK FDNewbie can get you adapters, and you can get them RHD Japan as well. IIRC the knock off lights don't need an adapter harness.

All you have to do to make your bulbs fit on OEM 99spec and the "hyperlite" knock off combo lights is a little filing. You can also get knock off's that come with a plug and play harness. I have had OEM and the knock offs with the harnesses. Never had an issue with either. I'd get the knock off's though, they are cheaper, plug and play, and work and look the same as OEM.
