PULLING OUT THE ECCENTRIC would be my guess, since its a ECCENTRIC SHAFT PULLER

Jesus, I wish I had one of those a last weekend.

I had to use a pry bar (that I wrapped with a rag many times, to be sure not to gnar the lobe) and a piece of Teflon between the side plate (to crush/ cushion) tha back side of the pry bar.

with some penetrating oil and no tapping with a hammer, the lobe simply slid off with adequate pressure applied to the pry bar.

I was surprised on how easy the lobe came off.

I did this on 3 20B blocks and there was no damage.
