5 speed Mazda trans question

I have an older 5 speed tranny that was used on a older13 B rotary. I would like to sell the tranny, but I don't know what year it was manufactured, or what kind of car it came off of.
Can anyone tell me how to determine what the year is on the tranny....and maybe it's origin?
