Need help on what diff and struts for an R100
Well I just bought rims that I thought were 4-110 and they turned out to be 4-114.3 just like I think the GSL-SE Mazda has.
Anyway, I needed to get better struts and brakes anyway since they are stock 1200/R100 Same with the diff. But whatever I get needs to be 4-114.3 I guess I could get spacers and re-drill them to fit, but I don't think this stock stuff is worth it Will the GSL-SE struts bolt right in to my 1200/r100? that would work for the fronts anyway. I am not sure on the fronts use the manual I posted in your other thread to compare.
On the rear I am pretty sure the axles are not compatible to get the bolt pattern changed but the whole axle swap with an LSD might be possible if not to wide. If to wide you could have it narrowed. If wanting to stay vintage you may be able to have the axles modified to fit your existing housing also but that would involve shortening maybe some spline machining as I don't believe the 3rd member is compatible. Hope I didn't just confuse things.
