Default headers

So its been hard to find a good header now_a_days.... Who all you guys know that make a good all-around header? Talking I do drag, X-cross, and want to try drift for the fun of it? I have a rb unit and it does not nearly perform like the one I made.... Just didn't make it with the correct thickness of tubing.,.. First time with a rotary....haha

The best off-the-shelf header is probably the one Defined Autoworks makes. They've got a couple different versions depending on the type of engine you have. It's a "medium" length header somewhere between a long and a short primary system - it ends a little aft of the transmission. Be prepared to spend nearly $1000 and it comes unterminated so you'll need to provide your own flange. They have a more expensive option that adds some adjustability to better cater to your setup.

In the end the best option is always custom...

these are the rotaryshack max power headers, extremely high quality part, with very noticeable power gains over any other header on the market.. Jessie Prather uses these headers exclusively as well as many other top builders/ racers everywhere! a lot of R&D has gone into this header design .. these sell for $750.00

Just to clarify: Rotaryworks DID NOT do the R&D to their headers, they are a direct copy of the old SDJ Motorsports header
