Hissing sound like you're letting air out of your tires?

Sounds less like a tick, and more like a knock.

Mine sounded similar when I spun the rear rotor bearing....

SERIOUSLY.
You think we're all sitting in front of our computers waiting to answer your questions?
We don't owe you jack.

You paying us to help you out?
No.
Patience is a virtue.

Ignition arcing...
Find the darkest place to park the car.
If you're in an enclosed garage, turn off all the lights.
Start the car.
Look under the hood.
If you see ANTYHING glowing, arcing, or sparking - FIX IT.

Else, it's the BAC valve ticking.
How can you confirm?
Unplug the BAC valve electrical plug and see if the sound goes away.
