Default ZN Performace LOOK HERE!!

Alright Zavier, PMing you doesn't work. Emailing you doesn't work. Calling you doesn't work. But last time I posted on your Facebook, I got a response, so I'll try posting on this forum.

After a VERY long wait for you to get my parts in and ship them, you told me on the phone that everything except for the downpipe would be shipped out FOR SURE by January 29th. You were out of town so you left someone else in charge to ship my parts. Someone who was incapable of filling out customs forms. I didn't even know that the shipper was responsible for this when using UPS.. And even then, there is nothing complicated about filling out a customs form.

So you got in touch with me and said that everything would be shipped the FOLLOWING tuesday, Feb 5. I asked for a tracking number on the 6th for my package. You gave me an invalid one. I told you I was going to call you today at a certain time if you hadn't provided an actual tracking number. I did. No answer (again.)

What the heck is going on? Seriously now..

Mitch is far from the only one that's having high-dollar problems with ZN right now. Zavier needs to get these issues sorted out.

Mitch has most of his parts, we are building him a turbo kit. But he is not trying to steal parts like you did by putting in a charge-back for parts that are install on your car. So I suggest you stay out of it unless you really want the real story to come out.

Okay I'll throw in an update

I got a lot of the parts in the mail last friday
The bigger items like the turbo kit and sideskirts were not there. (The DP should be being built this week) nor were the injectors or pulleys. They should be coming with the other stuff if I'm not mistaken.

Not blaming ZN for this but the pressure gauge and some fittings for the fuel system were wrong and are being returned today. He said he would pay for the return shipping and I hope he will refund me the msrp because i've already bought the correct ones locally so I can get started on this.

tl;dr
still need a turbo kit, side skirts, pulleys, and injectors. Turbo kit should be done this week and hopefully the rest of the stuff will be shipped as well.

Where is the stuff i ordered and payed for over 6 MONTHS ago??
Last time i talked to you, you said they would be shipped out and I would have the tracking number FOR SURE, no questions asked, by last Friday.

Well.. i don't have the tracking numbers and you won't answer or return my calls.

What is going on? This is absolutely ridiculous.

And to boot, your facebook page is updated every day with stuff you've done on either your own car or other customers cars. So from what I understand, you have a 6 month outstanding orderer just sitting at your shop collecting dust while you work on other peoples stuff. And you haven't refunded my the money for parts that had to be sent back yet either. which was $26 for shipping and probably at MINIMUM $12 per fitting times 5 fittings which adds up to $86 bare minimum. Plus the fuel pressure gauge. This is REALLY frustrating..

First off what's posted on facebook is not posted by me and you have most of your stuff, also your order would have been completed awhile ago if you didn't inform me when the manifold was done and ready to ship that you have a right hand drive car. Making a manifold is not something that can just be made overnight. Also lets take in the fact that you wanted me to just guess at making it, we where lucky that we got a right hand car in to make the manifold. I have kept you informed whats going on in pm's so it's not like you have been updated, also I have your order put in on 12/17/12 so i don't know where this 6 months deal you are claiming comes in to play. When you order this i told you we where busy and you stated that you weren't in a hurry to get the parts. We had a problem with the flange wrapping on the manifold so we need to replace that and we will be getting the rest of your order out.

Obviously I am more than okay with you posting your side, but please do not put my credibility into question here..

Quote:

Fair enough.

Quote:
and you have most of your stuff,
How do you you figure that? Item wise, yes, i'm sure i have about 75% of the number of parts ordered, dollar wise.. probably less than half..

Quote:

I wouldn't call that manifold finished, and the following morning I noted that it would be going on a RHD car.

Quote:

I understand this. I would say I've been pretty patient..

Quote:

No. On the phone you asked me to provide pics of the area, and i sent this:

after I sent those you said you were having a RHD car come into the shop.

Quote:
we where lucky that we got a right hand car in to make the manifold.
I suppose that is lucky.

Quote:

You do keep me informed but sometimes i have to go out of my way to contact you. Examples include posting on the shops FB page and this thread.

Quote:

This really grinds my gears..

RX7STORE Service DEPT is a deceiving name so i'll post these as well:

further proof that payment was received:

Quote:
When you order this i told you we where busy and you stated that you weren't in a hurry to get the parts.
Yes, when I purchased the parts, I said I wasn't in a hurry.
But here are two messages that stand out:

Yes, 6 months was exaggerated there but regardless, it is pretty obvious that at that point i wasn't really patient.

Quote:
We had a problem with the flange wrapping on the manifold so we need to replace that and we will be getting the rest of your order out.
Okay, please do this.

And i'm not trying to bash your business or anything here, I'm just defending my credibility as mentioned.

The problem I have is that you are constantly telling me that "everything is ready to ship out, it will be out by X-date for sure" but it never happens. When you are faced with delay after delay on an order that is 6-months outstanding, it should be a priority should it not?

When that flange is welded on (which should NOT take long) send me a picture, ship it all out and I will take all these posts down and we can put this behind us. I don't see any reason why this should take a week to do. Heck.. i don't see any reason why it shouldn't be done THIS week.

Not surprised, ZN were the guys taking payments for HKS twin powers and promising they would be "another week or so" last year, knowing full well that the US master distributor was out of stock and would be for several months...

First off when we offer the hks, my supplier showed that he had 10 instock and didn't informed me that they were on backorder, also i gave everyone the option of a refund. Only one person took a refund and the other ones wanted to wait, also they got a great deal on that product.
