Default EFR 7670 and new manifold

I had this new manifold made for my new turbo, and I'm a bit concerned about something.

First of all, I trust the guy that made it, he has a reputable race shop here and his work is beautiful. But something is bugging me about this manifold and I need to know if I'm just worrying about nothing.

I'm not sure how it turned out this way, I'm guessing because the rear runner was done first, but the turbo is angled to where the front of it is towards the passenger side. That doesn't really bother me because I don't fear that it will hurt the turbo. However, it's the way it angles down towards the front that worries me. It's only 5 degrees, but still...I'm afraid even that slight angle will have adverse affects on the life of the turbo. I've been talking to the guy at Full Race that sold the turbo to me, but I don't think he's getting what I'm saying. Here are a couple pics to explain.

Yeah I talked to him last night and re-read the messages from Full Race and now I understand what they're saying. Thanks!

As long as the oil drains from the unit back to the pan with out backing up in the return line you should be good to go .

Yeah I'm not worried about that. Oddly enough, this one is almost in the same exact place as the current turbo, even thought the runners look much shorter. I mean, I could possibly use the same drain line. Thanks!
