Default P30 Bilstein inserts no longer availible

Which sucks since that was my rally insert. Granted they were sorter stroke than i would prefer. Looks like ill be modding the hub, welding in a new chromemoly upright to accept something better of a 40 or 50mm variety.

ive never seen a Bilstein strut over 36mm, did you find something? i've heard of a mythical 46mm strut from Europe, but google yields nothing.

yah i talked to him at a rallyx, he wouldnt tell me anything useful. i got the feeling he knew a lot less than he seemed to think he did. for one thing, he claimed he personally revalves sealed bilstein, without using a shraeder valve... riiight.
i'm guessing the struts he uses are 50mm OD.

i dunno how much stroke you need, but I'm using 36mm 3000gt inserts up front in my car. they have ~4" travel to the internal bumpstop, but its pretty long (a lot of guys cut it in half or whatever).
dimensions in here: http://ryanizer.blogspot.com/2008/07...-for-s14s.html
