Default Turbo Sizing (Hot side q's)

I need some help finishing up the turbo parameters for my 20b. I think I've settled on a compressor side that will get me to where I want to be, however I need some help with the hot side options.

Quick goal list:
Street driven
500rwp+ @ 7000
Stock intake and (for now) exhaust ports
Good transient response as if it was to be a road race car

Now, as far as compressors go I think the BW 72mm has the map that will get me there. I've done the math over on the evil forum and this looks like it should do.

How should I size the footprint first of all. Do I need the T6 or should I keep the T4 to help spool?

Also, how should I optimize the turbine size? I've read Howard's guide on area but it seems there should be a better calculation available. Even Corky Bell's book is light on help determining this.

Finally, I was thinking the 1.0 or 1.1 turbine housing.

If I had to nail it down right now I guess I'd grab the S472/83mm turbine/1.1AR/T6 off the shelf since BW probably knows better than I. I'd like to change that.

Thanks
