It seems Phil usually starts to give out info in October or November.

Sadly, I once again will be rotorless at DGRR. But I plan to bring the Mazda 6 Party Wagon Rotary Support Vehicle.

I can't wait, and am crossing my fingers for Fontana Village. This past DGRR, Nantahalla pissed me off more than a few times.

That's too bad to hear, I quite enjoyed Nantahalla. Although I'm sure Fontana is probably just as nice. I'm also looking forward to DGRR 2011 as I should actually be able to take the Rx-4 instead of my slow old NA FC. I'll hopefully have my brake/suspension swap done as well so it might stop and handle too!

I'm on it

Here are the info I could give....

I'm in conversation with NVNC to see if we could work something out so that we'll have a better parking at the location. I had a conversation with them this past April and we are currently talking about possible solutions. If that's a go, then we will be having at at NVNC.

Regarding NVNC, I want to give them credit as the owner went beyond his duties to open up the US129/Dragon... and mainly for us so he wouldn't loose business. That's far beyond what Fontana would of done... Fontana Village would of kept your reservation fee if dragon was closed and they wouldn't of done anything... Only thing I like about Fontana is that its closer to the Dragon.. but besides that, I don't really care to deal with them... only if the event gets too big to be held at NVNC..

Anyhow, I'm also trying to determine a date... as I have several trips I need to make in April. I will keep you updated and let you know...

I'm trying to recall who it was that gave me shit for not having a rotary 2 years ago...

I'll be drooling over your car if you do bring the RX4. I've been wanting a '74 pretty bad, I just can't afford it right now.

I'm game for where ever. I barely made it down the cabin road this year... next year, there's not a chance. My front end scrapes everything.

We've got a small group going over to Fontana next weekend. So far they've been quite hospitable for our piss poor turnout. I'll let you know if they have anything new going on. I know they added a pool area a couple of years ago. I didn't get my feet wet last fall, twas too cold, but it might work for the spring.

Brian, I'm going to PM you in a second..

VR8, Nothing against you guys, but when I tell them 300+ and trying to work out a schedule, get a conference/banquet room, they are far less willing to work out. But who knows, if NVNC fails, then I don't have much choice....

I'm excited as hell for this! I just recently got my first rotary and since then I've been waiting for the next DGRR. I'm 90% sure I will be there with a few friends. Glad to hear it's in the works!
