6al problems...
I traded my Jacobs FC1000 for a MSD 6al to a forum member (will remain un-named unless this problem does not get resolved) because i wanted to install a 2-step. You need a 6al to do that for the plug on the side to plug it into.
So if this problem dosnt get resolved, what can i do about that to fix it?

here's a pic of an open 6al... stolen from a familiar site, guess where Ted? lol...
And here's what I have. Notice the 2 white wires missing where you would plug in the pills or the 2 step...

So whats the deal here? It's not just a 6a box with 6al stickers either. It has the hole in the side for the plug. Which a 6a box does not have that. Anyone wanna try and shed some light here???

Nevermind...
Shipping to MSD to be repaired. Its actually pretty cheap. They gave me a minimum and maximum quote of 23-88 dollars. A tech told me after i sent him pics of my 6al, that it would be anywhere from 15-50 bucks. plus shipping of course. Seller refunded me 50 bucks to make up for my loss. Which i think is plenty fair.
