remove the oil metering pump block off

For those who remove the oil metering pump and the injectors I have made a 3/16 thick steel block off plate and a gasket .The stock O-ring is expensive and the gasket will not harden with the heat The plate is slightly larger than the omp foot print so there is more material around the bolt holes .I use flanged bolts to plug the injector holes with a sealing washer under the flange .I cut the OD of the flange down to clear the locating nib on the housing and cut the length to fit . I could not buy the correct length. The cost has has been set at $20 plus shipping .

If you talk to Jess, ask him if he deals with issues such as this. He could give you many examples which is one reason why he's hesitant to make anything anymore.
