I have heard that going that route is a huge pain... but that car is clean too... and its turbo... do you think it would be better to trans swap than engine swap? I mean the fact that its already a turbo car makes things as far as the diff being ready for power nice.

USDM, I would say yes since parts are a Dime-a-dozen. . But with this being a JDM car and presuming that being a RHD car, the parts (like pedal assembly) are specific to that side of the car. If that's the case, it's not hard, just makes it a little more difficult.

All the plugs and stuff are there for the swap, but I do think you need to drill the holes for the clutch master. You also need to change the cluster to get rid of the PRNDL. Also remember, the JDM cars are tighter in the engine bay on the turbo side of the car, and certain downpipes and exhaust just don't fit.
