Would like to know how to use 'This' forum

I'm setting up a website (for people who love HOT foods) and want to implement a forum. I really like this one, so was wondering the name of the software is.

PS Do you mind if I post a link to the site on this thread after I get the site up and running? (in case people who love hot food happen to find this post)

I manage this site on a day to day basis. I can get you setup with your own forum and provide hosting & support.
