Nice cars. I "used" to not run a air filter. Then when the engine came apart I saw first hand what the invisible grit in the air does to internals. Not good. Not to mention the turbo life will be shortened as well. Moral of the story, The few CFM's you lose with a air filter is not worth the thousands you'll spend to fix the issues caused by not haviing one.

Good luck, I would imagine your son is a very happy person.

Oh yeah... he is on cloud 9...
The 1st day he drove it to school last year, he came out of class and found a large group around his car.
He thought there was a fight going on BUT it was just everyone looking at the 3rd Gen. Him and his brother were riding high with all that attention...
