Newbie Saying Howdy
Howdy to all you rotary owners. I've had my new R3 for 3 weeks and put about 1100 miles on her. Love it. I test drove a bunch of them and it was the closest to my personal ideal sports car so I bought it. Attached a pic. She's a beauty.
Wrestling with what oil to run in her, but I'm certain like all moto forums it's a running topic with 1000 opinions. I live in the NW so I'm thinking that 10W-30 dino will be the best for me. I am aware there are lots of opinions about synthetic, but I'm inclined to stick with dino. I'm an ex GP 250 2 stroke tuner so oil burners are my thing. Castrol A747 anyone? Welcome to the club! Sorry about your image attachment. I was making changes on the forum database close to the same time you attached your photo and it caused your image to be lost, you'll have to re-upload it. If you have any trouble let me know!
