why is the south section dead?

The rotary thing in D/FW is pretty strong. We meet up the first saturday of every month. A lot of great rotary shops and tuners also.

The rotary meets are still happening. If April isn't a freeze out, I'm planning on bringing some small door prizes to drum up interest. Sure would be nice to see some 1stgen's show up.
