looking for a beater for around 1k
Title says it all...basically im looking for a decent running car for around 1-1500k. Got a friend who is just getting back on his feet after losing his job and im trying to help him by buying it and letting him make payments. Doesnt have to be a 7 just needs to be a car that will pass emissions and is more reliable than not. If you got one sitting in the driveway or garage just send me a pm and lets discuss. Thanks.

I may know of a bike for sale if interested. My old GS750 that I used to own that I sold to a friend may be up for sale. I sold it for cheap so the price should be about the same.

I have an 85 model FB. It did run until I took the front pulley off of it. Just haven't put it back on. I have $600 in it. If you find me some good front fenders, you can have the ones back that I took off the car .
The only real problem the car has is the coil pack after about 5 minutes of running, it will start to arc through the plug boots against the chassis. It then doesn't run clean. Bryan@BNR |
