i noticed that some people used distilled water, and some had used Seafoam, what are your thoughts on this procedure. Recommended or not?, water or seafoam? how often?

any reason why you wouldn't use seafoam?..I noticed chadwick said on the evil forum that he used seafoam....I know it has lubricating qualities but does it steam like water and remove the carbon as good?....any input would be appreciated.
