Default FS: 1990 Canadian GXL-TII raffle $50 or $100 for a Running and Boosting TII

Check it out and vote for the best option so far its looking like they are going to be $50 a ticket and shipping is included.

Quick question-
-Is this car legal to register and title in the US?
or
-Does it have the necessary paperwork to get it registered and titled?

I was hoping the car was in better shape. That rust in not repairable. It is a good idea though. I may consider the same concept next time I sell a pristine 7.
