"JWL" = Japan Wheel League
So it's most likely from Japan... Only thing "S.W' would mean to me is "Southern Way". -Ted

Yeah, Southern Way is an old-school wheel manufacturer.
They make a bunch of styles. I believe the above pic is a 16" or 15" wheel? I believe your original pic is a 13" or 14" wheel? My bad on the JWL info... Miata_mx5 is right. -Ted
