Many Thanks to DGRR Sponsors, volunteer workers, and Fellow Rotorheads!!

I would like to thank all the sponsors who helped out with this year's, "5th Annual Deals Gap Rotary Rally 2009"!

As always, please support those vendors who supports this event. Without their help, this event would never happened.

I would also like to thank Volunteers / Fellow rotorheads who helped out with this event.
Especially, "BIG" John (John Lewis aka 20B 3rd Gen) and Stephen White (SPOautos). They have helped out with this event since day one. I would also like to thank local Birmingham, AL rotary guys (Leo (AbadR1), Chris (SPICcnmFD), Patrick (Staticpat), Ryan (somchhir1), Kevin (ZGN)) and New Orleans rotorheads (Jonathan (GorillaRE), Kenny (Zonblitz), and Jack (Trout2)). Without their support support this event would of never happened!

I would especially like to thank Exedy USA for being the main sponsors of DGRR 2008 and DGRR 2009. Not many corporate companies likes to invest in specific car events such as DGRR 2009. I've even contacted local Spec Clutch and they flat out denied sponsoring DGRR.. So, PLEASE! next time you decide to upgrade your clutch or replace your clutch, think of EXEDY CLUTCHES!!!!

Again, Many Thanks to EXEDY and EXEDY CLUTCH REPS!!

And finally All you Rotorheads took time off from your work, family, and drove several hundreds of miles to come out to this event. Dedicated rotorheads like yourself that make this event what it is..... Thank you and hope to see all of you Next year!!

Yes, There will be a Next Years event as my wife now tells me I have to do it again.... And that she has several ideas how it should be ran.. LOL!

It was my first year also. A great event! Will definitely be back next year. Phil, his wife, Kevin, and the other volunteers worked hard to make this a success and it showed.

Regarding the sponsors, let's support them by buying their products and using their services. I came home with a Garfinkle torque brace and just put in another order with Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda!

AWESOME event Phil!!!

I cant thank you enough.. and interestingly enough... or sadly enough...

DGRR is the only Rotary event I go to anymore.

YES its a 10-14 hour drive.... but it is worth it.

My wife and kids loved it.. and the boys are already talking about what they are going to buy and how they want it set up etc.

The plan to be there for next year is already set, and I hope to not be buying machine tools anymore before that.. so I can start spending money/time on car stuff again!!!!

Thanks again Phil, and the entire crew who supports us all.
NVNC as well.. once again a lovely place.

Hey Scott. I'm so glad you made it back up again this year and brought the family along. It was good to see Kim and the boys (Scott, Jr. & Taylor). I really appreciated their help washing off the car that morning. I hope Taylor has recovered from me driving him through Hell Bender. Hope to see you next year, if not before. Take care.
