Cleveland to Malvern
Malvern is about 1.5 hrs south of Cleveland if you are coming down 77.
As far as mileage he did not get to drive it much before his death. He did say that it seemed to have a fair amount of get-up and go. The smoking was slightly more than normal diesel smoke, but he thought it was dirty injectors, thats why the pics show them out. He was cleaning them and changing o-rings on them when he died. Also forgot to mention that it does have a GM T-5 tranny with new gear installed for low end torque but low RPM at cruising speed on the highway. I didn't get to ride in it with the diesel in it, but it did rock with the vortek V-6 in it. Last edited by Sloppyjo; 03-26-2009 at 01:37 PM. Reason: added tranny info |
