Job Market in New Zealand

It's just an idea at the moment but I thought it would be good to have some input from people that live there.

NZ is fairly sleepy, especially compared to the US.

Considered Australia? More New Zealanders here than there are in New Zealand (I kid).

Better job opportunities here too.
