There is probably going to be good ricer turnout(s) throughout the state too considering the warm weather.
In Irmo area...Harbison blvd, behind Sonic's, starts 9:30-10pm. Elsewhere, Im not sure. |

Mostly consisted of old people but they were cool, welcoming an very organized.
