Default ClubFR, Tim Tulov, Presents:

Ok, so here is the deal:

In the midwest area, we have a Chicago Based website, clubFR.net, and on there, we have a really talented video editor by the name of Tim Turakulov.
He usually does short videos of events and the chicago scene, which are always hi-quality and with good production. Recently, the guy decided to make a dvd, and here's the teaser:

if you liked it, check out his pofile vids, you won't be dissapointed!

I'm going to be honest here, I thought it was crap. He abuses fish eye and doesn't know how to use the focus option on a camera. I understand out of focus shots can be "artistic" or whatever, but not every 6 seconds.

To each their own though.

I was willing to let it go until I didn't see a single rotary.....I want my time back.

Come on Phoenix, do you really hate other (non rotary) cars THAT much? I love my car, but I also have some respect for others interests as well. I believe this gives me a broader range of experiences to enjoy. Also, free opinions are great, but come on, this is an amateur production, and only a very small clip of it I might add! You don’t have to bash it like that; it’s not a Hollywood movie. I contacted Tim about having some Mazdas in there, because I know we have some sick FD's and FC's around Chicago and the general area. This is obviously a drifting video, not an RX-7 video, so sorry if you don’t like it.

PS: As far as the fish eye is concerned, I myself tend to like it. I find the restrictive frame of a camera to be a pain in the ass when trying to film action shots. I'm used to fisheye because I used to ride BMX, and some shots of that are almost impossible w/ no fisheye to capture the "moment" properly...
