It could be many things.
Check for fuel at the rail Check for spark Check for compression Do those things, and come back with the results.

Could be the pump, filter(s), injectors, vaccuum leak..... You should go test everything you THINK could be wrong and when you're STUMPED and cannot think of a single thing...come back and ask.... right now you have no info for us so we can't give you any conclusive responses other than: find out.
