Let me re-word what is happening to make sure we are talking about the same thing. It usually happens in 4th gear at highway speeds, it will go up to like 14psi, and if I keep my foot in it, it will drop down to about 11psi.

I guess I should have said that my car is 94 rx7 with a downpipe. I am trying to stay at the stock boost level of 10psi.

I know you can set them to run parallel; and it stands to reason you could sever all of the solenoids that control the wastegate and plumb it all through the BC... I am just not exactly sure how to do it wihtout running them in parallel.
