have you thought about intercooler setups. most fc hill climb cars i have see have a topmount/v mount setup. with a bigger scoop .
I have given most of my thoughts towards a v-mount for best cooling towards the radiator. I plan on running an NA 13B engine first though til i build (and have enough cash to get all the things that the turbo engine requires) so i get seat time.

I got friends that live in Colorado Springs, if you go to the edge of their backyard there is a cliff and then you can see the air force school.
