what are your power goals?
How much $$ for the twins? How much to custom fab a manifold/DP? The Stock 13BT made 200hp on a single turbo The Stock 13B-TT made 245/250hp on twins but remember the extra 50 HP didn't come from JUST the turbo. You may be able to push close to 300hp on the stockers but I don't know how much it will cost you. If you have an NA then I don't even want to think about what's necessary to make it work. If you have a TII then I don't know if the gains will be worth the money and time spent.

i have a turbo II, btw. i am planning on dropping in a custom built turbo manifold since i don't like a whole lot of the mani's that are out right now (new), so fitment could be made to work out. i just don't think that i want to go through all of that trouble. just thought that i would see if it had been done and what the results would be. as for power goals, i am not really sure what i where i want to land, i just want to REALLY enjoy driving my car with plenty of power but not having to drive it gently in order to keep the front wheels front and rear wheels rear.
