Sorry about the delayed response. Yes, OS Giken still supports the 12A engine however there is nothing available for the non-turbo 13B as it was not available here in Japan.
OS Giken still have the TS2A, TS2AS, TS2B and TS2BS clutches available for the 12A. http://www.osgiken.co.jp/pro_clutch/mazda.html
