First off, did you check for codes in the ECU?
Second, good luck. Finding an S5 TII ECU, much less a 'chipped' one is gonna cost you, if you can even find one!! Check out an Rtek, maybe they can help you.

Yeah, that's how i burned it out. I was grounding the wire from the neg on the battery to the green single plug next to the battery, when i accidentally dropped the end to be grounded on the neg post, when it hit the pos post instead. Now when i turn my key on, the check engine light does not go on, and it wont start.
