Default exhaust leak from turbo

I finally decided to fix my exhaust leak that I've had for a few months and couldn't quite pinpoint it so I decided to replace all the gaskets that looked questionable... I replaced them and still leaks.

It turns out the it is leaking from where the hotside meets the cartridge. I've tried to tighten down the bolts but no luck. When I was building the motor I took the turbo apart and sandblasted the mating areas to clean them of debris and were good when first run. I'm thinking I cracked the hotside. Anyone have this happen before??

Like Boost said. I guess we need to find you an S5 hotside, or if you can get your hands on a T04, I have that manifold you can use!!

I have a full T04B/S5 Hybrid with a bad turbine shaft. I may let just the exhaust housing go, let me think on it.

No idea on mileage, it was pulled from a re-man J-spec......no cracks anywhere to be found, absolutely mint stuff.

Pics on other forum....if you reach the point where you're interested we'll go from there - these guys can fix you up more locally no doubt

JDM turbine housings are the shit. Mine looks flawless like it just came from the factory. Same story for the manifold. Also NO rust ANYWHERE on either.
