ooo yes...your pim is out then. Wow I have no idea how the hell you did that. PIM is your Boost VS RPM. You may have stuffed you PIM sensor when you sparked the air pump plug. This will explain the 3000rpm limit. PIM voltage needs to be a certain value too.

I will take a look at the manual tonight to see what it needs to be.
