well, if you're looking for resale value then keep it the stock color. The reason isn't so much the VALUE of the car as a whole, it's the fact that when you go with a repaint you have to pay quite a bit of money to do it right. You'll never get that money back when you resell the car.
As far as the stone guard, I assume you're talking about the black lip on the FD. Remove it if you want and then reinstall it when you resell. It looks kinda weird without it though. http://www.rotarycarclub.com/showpos...6&postcount=27 Also, check the link "FSM" in my sig for info on the removal of the lip.

Keeping it the original color . The guard I'm referring to is all along the bottum 4 or 5 inches of the car down the side where the paint isn't smooth
