i would say just swap it out since the car is single and much easier to take apart.

I think I may have found teh problem, the customer had someone else do the powder coating work on the UIM and LIM, and they powder coated the mating surfaces, I am going to put some different Manifolds and new block off plates and hope that will fix the problem.
